If you would like to discuss the return of an item(s) or order please contact us.

Please note that it may take up to 10 working days fro your returned item(s) to be received my us.

It may take a further 5 working days for us to process your refund after receiving it.

International shipping

We do ship worldwide.

International orders may take slightly longer, around 6-7 working days, however please allow up to 14 working days after dispatched date.
orders are dispatched by Royal Mail.

Why processing can take a little longer

TubieLicious Clothing is a small business where each item is handmade and designed to order by myself. Every order is personally packaged with care. As someone living with a chronic illness and being tube fed, there can be times when my health takes a turn, requiring hospital visits or rest. Please be mindful of this when placing an order. We will keep you updated if there are any changes to processing and delivery times. Thank you for your understanding and support!

What to do if your order is damaged or faulty
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt of it.
We take great care in packaging all our products to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us immediately at tubielcious@tubieliciousclothing.co.uk with a clear photo highlighting the issue so that we can put it right.
