You're welcome to share your own experiences, tips and things that have helped you. Remember that what works for one person may not work for another.

Please don't share another person's private information, photographs or personal details without their permission.

For your own safety and privacy, please avoid sharing personal information or other sensitive details within the community.

🚫 Keep content appropriate

Please don't post anything that is abusive, threatening, unkind, upsetting or inappropriate for our community.

🤝 Respect different experiences

Everyone's journey is different. Please remember that differences in diagnosis, treatment, circumstances and opinions are normal.

Big or small, your achievements matter. We'd love this to be a place where we can celebrate progress, milestones and everyday victories together.

If you see something that doesn't feel right, please report it to the Tubielicious team rather than engaging in an argument.

We may remove content or take action where necessary to keep our community safe and welcoming.
